Prices and payment

wallspank accepts secure payment via Paypal. Credit card purchases are handled via the Paypal payment system to ensure safe and secure payment.

PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. wallspank cannot access your credit card details. Please refer to PayPal for their terms and conditions.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars, but you can change the currency to US dollars by clicking the 'currency' menu on the front page of the site.

Postage and handling charges are not included in the artwork pricing – these are calculated upon checkout.

Postage

You can order two prints and pay no postage on the second!

All fees are calculated in Australian dollars.

Postage within Australia

Prints: Flat fee of $4 for one or two prints

Postage to New Zealand

Prints: Flat ree of $6 for one or two prints

Postage to Europe

Prints: Flat ree of $10 for one or two prints

Postage to United States and Canada

Prints: Flat ree of $10 for one or two prints

Postage to Asia

Prints: Flat ree of $7 for one or two prints

Delivery Times

wallspank will post your prints within 3 days of your order being placed, the rest is up to the postman!

Approximate delivery times are:

Within Australia - 10 working days
Internationally (Air Mail) - 3-4 weeks

Damaged goods

Great care is taken in the packing and postage of your prints and frames so that they get to you in perfect condition.

However should an artwork be damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of the goods and we will advise you how to proceed.

We will happily arrange for a replacement, refund or store credit which is equal to the value of the purchase price of the damaged goods, once the items are returned to us.

Any information supplied by you will be kept private and will not be used for any purpose outside the sale and provision of goods to you.
